Director of Health Data Research
Remote, UK | 120k
This is a unique opportunity to lead health data research initiatives that are shaping the future of healthcare innovation. You will play a key role in building partnerships across healthcare, life sciences, and data organisations while helping to unlock the value of large-scale health data to improve patient outcomes and support business growth.

The Role
- Lead the health data research function and drive strategic initiatives across healthcare and life sciences
- Build and manage partnerships with pharmaceutical organisations, research partners, healthcare providers, and data-focused businesses
- Evaluate opportunities to commercialise data and research offerings within the life sciences ecosystem
- Identify emerging market opportunities while navigating relevant regulatory and compliance considerations
- Lead commercial discussions, partnership negotiations, and ongoing stakeholder management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, data, research, and commercial functions to deliver strategic objectives
- Help shape the organisation's long-term health data and research strategy

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience working with health data, healthcare analytics, health research, or life sciences data solutions
- Proven ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships and strategic partnerships
- Commercial awareness with experience identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Understanding of healthcare, clinical, life sciences, or regulated data environments
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally within complex organisations
- Passion for using data and innovation to improve healthcare outcomes
