Lead the future of Parts at Hendy Group.

At Hendy Group, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and commercial success. We're looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Parts to lead our retail and wholesale parts operations, driving growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across the business.

As a key member of the Commercial Operations leadership team, you will define and deliver the strategic direction for our Parts division, ensuring we maximise performance, strengthen manufacturer and supplier relationships, and continue to develop a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering results within automotive parts, distribution, logistics, or aftersales operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Driving commercial performance, owning P&L and delivering revenue, profit, and market share growth.
  • Leading high-performing teams including Parts Performance Managers, Wholesale Parts Managers, PDC Managers, and PartsPlus Managers.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Optimising inventory, forecasting, procurement, and supply chain performance.
  • Using data and insight to improve efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with Group, manufacturer, and regulatory standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
