At Clinical Partners, we deliver specialist mental health and neurodevelopmental services that make a real difference. We’re seeking an experienced Head of Patient Operations to lead, scale, and continuously improve our patient-facing services.

This is a key leadership role in a growing, values-led organisation, responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing patient experience, and building a high-performing team. You’ll shape how we deliver services at scale, ensuring every interaction is efficient, compassionate, and aligned to clinical excellence.

This is a high-impact, visible role with strong stakeholder engagement, giving you direct influence over service quality and performance.

You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking environment committed to safe, effective, and compassionate care. If you’re a driven, strategic, and hands-on leader ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

This primarily home-based role requires occasional travel to London for meetings and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

As Head of Patient Operations, you will lead a large, multi-disciplinary team responsible for managing the entire patient journey – from initial contact and scheduling to ongoing support and aftercare.

  • Leading and developing a large Patient Operations function, driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Owning operational delivery across patient services, ensuring high-quality, consistent and responsive care
  • Implementing data-driven performance frameworks (KPIs, SLAs, OKRs) to drive efficiency and service quality
  • Enhancing the end-to-end patient experience, ensuring all interactions are seamless and empathetic
  • Driving adoption of systems, automation, and digital tools to support scaling and operational effectiveness
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety
  • Working closely with clinical, product, and leadership teams to deliver strategic initiatives and support continued growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
