At Genuit Group, we are focused on creating a more sustainable built environment. This means increasing resilience as buildings adapt to the challenges of climate change, while also reducing the impact the built environment has on the environment.
As a growing FTSE 250 business with global ambitions, Genuit offers the opportunity to work across multiple construction sectors within the Group and be part of shaping the future direction of the organisation.

We're looking for an experienced Head of Payroll to lead our Group payroll function, ensuring colleagues are paid accurately, on time and in full compliance with all legislative requirements.
Reporting to the Group Reward Director, you'll lead a team of four payroll professionals, oversee UK payroll operations, provide governance across international payroll activities, and drive continuous improvement through technology, automation and process optimisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
