A bit about the job:
- You'll lead the trading performance of Aviva Online, Quote Me Happy, and General Accident across our Car and Home insurance products.
- Working within our Retail business, you'll be accountable for delivering growth, profitability, and great customer outcomes.
- You'll bring together teams from across pricing, underwriting, digital, claims, and analytics to make sure we're making the right commercial decisions.
- You'll lead our trading strategy, spot opportunities for improvement, and help shape the future of our digital insurance business.
- You'll also play a key role in how we use AI and data to make faster, smarter decisions for our customers and business.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong experience leading commercial, trading, or performance teams within general insurance.
- A deep understanding of the UK personal lines insurance market.
- Experience using data and insight to improve growth, profitability, and customer outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change across multiple teams.
- Experience developing high-performing teams and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
