About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Head of People to lead our people agenda at a pivotal moment in YPO’s development. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the HR and People Development functions, ensuring YPO receives high-quality, professional HR, learning and organisational development support.
You will introduce and embed an organisational development approach across YPO’s operating model, structure and job design. You will also lead workforce planning and develop a pay and reward strategy that enables YPO to attract, retain and develop outstanding people as we continue to grow.

We are looking for a confident, collaborative and forward-thinking people leader who can combine strategic insight with practical delivery. You will bring credibility at senior level, a strong understanding of modern people practice, and the ability to build trusted relationships across a complex organisation.
You Will Bring…
- A CIPD Level 7 qualification, or equivalent professional experience, alongside substantial experience in a comparable senior people role.
- Demonstrable organisational development experience, including workforce planning, organisation design, job design and pay and reward.
- A proven ability to lead, develop and empower effective teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence, advise and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HR practice, employment legislation and emerging people trends, with the ability to translate these into effective policy and operational delivery.
