Head of People – Quorso
Location: London (Hybrid)
Reporting to: COO
About Quorso
Quorso is one of retail’s most exciting SaaS scale-ups. Our intelligent management platform translates terabytes of data into smart, personalised daily actions across more than 60,000 stores worldwide. Backed by Summit Partners, we’re scaling fast and building the data foundations that will shape the future of retail performance.
The Role
Quorso is built on talent. We hire exceptional people who are focused and passionate about driving customer value. Our team reflects that, with backgrounds spanning McKinsey, Accenture, J.P. Morgan, and other world-class organisations.
As Head of People, you'll understand what it takes to build and run a high-performance, people-driven SaaS business at the enterprise end of the market. You'll own everything from hiring and onboarding to performance, culture, and organisational design working closely with the exec team to make sure we scale in a way that's deliberate, not accidental.
This isn't a policy role. It's a builder role. You'll be defining how we hire, how we develop people, and how we operate as a team as we grow toward 100+ people and beyond.
What You'll Own
Talent & Hiring
- Lead end-to-end hiring across all functions, with particular depth in commercial roles (AEs, CSMs, SEs, commercial ops)
- Preferred if you have experience within a consulting style organization
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand and candidate pipeline
- Own the interview process and ensure a consistently high bar
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
