Head of People | Hybrid - Stoke on Trent/Regional, £90-100k basic plus car allowance and bonus
I’m delighted to be supporting a leading property services business as they appoint a Head of People to join their senior leadership team.
This is a key role for an experienced, commercially minded People leader who can operate strategically while remaining close enough to the business to make things happen. The successful candidate will take ownership of the people agenda, partnering closely with the leadership team to ensure the organisation has the culture, capability, structure and talent needed to deliver its business strategy.

- Leading and developing the overall People strategy, aligned to the commercial objectives of the business
- Acting as a trusted strategic partner to the Board and senior leadership team
- Providing strong leadership across the full employee lifecycle, including talent, organisational development, reward, employee relations and engagement
- Supporting organisational growth, change and transformation
- Developing leadership capability and succession planning
- Using people data and insight to inform business decisions
- Ensuring the organisation has the right structures, processes and capabilities to support continued growth
- Leading, developing and embedding a high-performing People function

We’re looking for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with commercial pragmatism — someone who understands that great people strategies need to translate into tangible business outcomes.
You’ll ideally bring experience of operating at senior level within a commercial, operationally complex environment, together with the credibility and influence to work effectively with leaders at all levels.
