Antal International is partnering a Global AI, Technology & Consulting firm entering an exciting new phase of growth.

The business is a technology and consulting business partnering with leading retailers and consumer brands to deliver measurable commercial impacts. Combining deep industry expertise with advanced AI, analytics and consulting, we help clients transform how they plan, trade and grow.

Their agentic AI platform, and as we scale both sides of the organisation, we are looking for an exceptional Head of People to build the People function for the next stage of our journey.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact, highly autonomous role with genuine ownership of the People agenda across the business.

You will work closely with leaders across Consulting, Product, Data Science and Operations, translating business strategy and growth plans into a People strategy that enables the organisation to scale effectively.

This is not a role for someone looking simply to maintain existing HR processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
