I am partnering exclusively with a high-growth, premium hospitality business, in their search for a Head of People. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a founder led business that genuinely puts their people at the heart of everything they do, and prides themselves on delivering quality products and service.

As Head of People you will lead the people strategy for the business, ensuring every colleague has the opportunity to thrive. You will work closely with the leadership team to create an engaging, high-performing culture while supporting managers to bring out the very best in their teams.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate and creative individual who has gained significant experience in a senior HR role, ideally with some exposure to a scaling business and a customer service-based environment. Strong talent management experience is also important for this role, along with a commercial mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
