As the Head of People at Azoma.ai, you will be the strategic architect of our human capital during a critical scale-up phase. You will partner directly with leadership to define our culture, oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and manage all HR operations. What You Will Do
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent across engineering, product, and operations.
- Design and implement comprehensive HR policies, including performance management, compensation structures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing expert guidance on organizational design and navigating complex people-related challenges.

The ideal candidate
- Proven experience leading people and HR functions within a high-growth scale-up environment during periods of rapid expansion.
