Job Description
As Nurole.com's first Head of People, you will lead a greenfield build to establish the full People function end-to-end. You’ll design performance frameworks, scale recruitment processes, and shape company culture while partnering directly with the CEO. This is a hands-on generalist role for a builder who balances commercial reality with people-first practices.

What You Will Do
- Build and embed the entire people infrastructure, from performance management and progression frameworks to scalable recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Lead and develop the People Operations Coordinator while providing pragmatic HR and employee relations support across the entire organization.
- Partner with managers to define role architecture and reward frameworks, ensuring Nurole.com attracts and retains exceptional talent as it scales.
The ideal candidate
- Proven generalist People experience in a scaling business or entrepreneurial environment, moving beyond maintaining mature functions to building them from scratch.
- Skilled at translating ideas into action, with the ability to design practical, commercially-minded solutions for performance, L&D, and employee engagement.
- Resourceful communicator who can switch between strategic leadership and rolling up their sleeves to deliver operational excellence and cultural growth.
