The Head of People and Culture shapes, leads and delivers an exceptional people strategy that enables the Foundation to thrive and our Association to build on promising practice. The role spans all aspects of HR, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, culture development, organisational design, employee experience and workforce planning.
