Head of People & Culture (2-Year FTC)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (2 years) | Full-time, 35 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of People & Culture to join a purpose-driven organisation on a 2-year fixed-term contract. This newly created role will provide senior HR leadership, driving major people programmes, organisational change initiatives and workforce planning while acting as a trusted adviser to senior leaders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading key People & Culture programmes, including reward review, staff engagement initiatives and policy review
- Acting as a senior HR Business Partner to leadership teams
- Supporting organisational change, workforce planning and culture development
- Leading on HR compliance, governance and Employment Act updates
- Managing employee relations and supporting union engagement
- Providing people insights and reporting to senior leadership and trustees
- Line managing and supporting the HR Advisor

What We're Looking For
- CIPD Level 7 qualified/part-qualified or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in a senior HR, People or OD leadership role
- Proven track record of leading HR projects and organisational change
- Strong employment law and HR compliance knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills
- Passion for equity, inclusion and building positive workplace cultures
