Trafford Leisure is seeking an exceptional Head of People & Culture to join our team at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.

This is a rare opportunity to join our senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the culture, leadership and workforce that will support our next phase of growth.
More than a traditional HR role, you'll act as a trusted adviser and strategic partner, helping to build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability and ensure people remain at the heart of decision-making across the organisation.
The Role:
You'll lead Trafford Leisure's People & Culture agenda, with responsibility for:

- Developing and delivering our People & Culture Strategy
- Driving organisational development and workforce performance
- Building leadership capability and succession planning
- Championing colleague wellbeing, engagement and inclusion
- Providing strategic people insight and expert advice to the Executive Team and Board
- Shaping a culture where people and performance thrive
About You:
We're looking for an experienced People, Culture, HR or Organisational Development leader with:
- Significant experience in a senior people leadership role
- A proven track record of improving organisational performance through people, culture and leadership initiatives
- Experience leading organisational change, culture development and workforce transformation
- Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience

What We Offer:
- Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum
- Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester (hybrid working)
- Contract: Full Time
