Company Description
Autism Together has been dedicated to supporting autistic people for over 55 years. As one of the country’s leading providers of specialist autism services, we are committed to understanding each person we support and providing them with the structure needed to live life to the fullest. We have almost 850 permanent staff supporting around 400 autistic adults, through services across Wirral and West Cheshire. We also provide comprehensive training and job development to all employees, and deliver autism-specific training to other organisations.

Autism Together is looking for a motivated and experienced Head of People to lead our People Services Team. In this key role, you will embed and drive the people strategy for our charity.

About The Role
Working from our head office in Bromborough, you will be a self-starter with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the employment lifecycle, UK employment law, and safe recruitment practices.
You’ll foster collaborative relationships across the workforce and play a vital role as we implement our ambitious five-year strategy to grow our services and team.

Working Hours
