About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, driven leader to step in and take total ownership of our hiring and people strategy with an inventive lens. You'll need to step up to a fresh challenge and be hungry for new levels of professional success.
We are a fast-growing global e-education organisation focused on helping professionals step out of the status quo and build a success mindset. In this role, you won't just be filling seats. You will design smart recruitment campaigns, mentor driven team members, and build systems that directly move the business forward.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and Run the Hiring Pipeline: Set ambitious hiring targets, test organic and paid channels, and create predictable funnels that attract high-calibre talent.
- Lead Our People Programs: Take charge of onboarding, community engagement, and performance coaching to keep our remote team energised, aligned, and growing.
- Drive Recruitment Marketing: Craft compelling messaging, track candidate cost-per-applicant, and refine campaigns to land top-tier applicants.
- Mentor and Empower Motivated Team Members: Work 1-on-1 with ambitious team members to build effective daily rituals, establish clear feedback loops, and elevate individual results.
- Own the Outcomes: Track and share progress on key metrics: hires made, time-to-fill, candidate conversions, and overall team momentum.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
