You'll own the Performance Analytics strategy, roadmap and delivery, developing the analytical frameworks, predictive models, performance insights and reporting that explain business performance, maximise customer value and identify future growth opportunities. Leveraging Experian’s subscriptions and Bureau data, internal performance data and external market intelligence, you'll uncover commercial opportunities, influence strategic decisions and ensure data-driven insight is embedded across the business.
You'll also lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of commercial thinking, technical excellence, innovation and measurable business impact.
What You'll Be Doing

- Act as the strategic analytics partner to Commercial, Memberships, Finance, Trading and Bureau leadership, influencing decision-making through data-driven insight and recommendations.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of commercial thinking, technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and evolve predictive models and analytical frameworks that support key commercial metrics, including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), retention, churn, customer profitability and growth opportunities.
- Own the business performance framework, delivering trusted metrics, reporting and insights that explain performance drivers and support executive decision-making.
- Lead analytics for the subscription and marketplace businesses, identifying opportunities to improve customer value, commercial performance and long-term growth.
- Leverage Experian Bureau data, internal performance data and external market intelligence to benchmark performance, identify trends and quantify new commercial opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Engineering and Technology teams to deliver actionable analytical programmes, while embedding AI and automation to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
