Head of Performance Creative

AI Health Tech Scale-Up
Remote (UK, EU or US Based)
Up to $200,000

Are you a performance creative leader who wants to build the creative engine behind one of the fastest-growing AI businesses in the world?

We're partnering with a founder-led AI Health Tech scale-up that has grown from $10m to $400m ARR in just 12 months, is now serving 200,000+ patients every month and is already profitable.

The business is scaling aggressively across Europe, and they're looking for a Head of Performance Creative to take their paid creative to the next level - owning the creative direction, quality bar and ideation system behind $3m+ per month in Meta spend, alongside rapidly growing Google investment.

The Role

  • Lead the performance creative function for the company's largest UK brand, working at the intersection of creative, performance data, and growth.
  • Set the creative strategy, direction, and quality bar across performance marketing.
  • Lead and develop an in-house creative team of five, with further growth planned.
  • Build a world-class ideation and creative testing system grounded in performance data.
  • Take paid social creative to best-in-category, improving both emotional resonance and visual quality.
  • Work closely with the Performance team to understand what is driving CAC and turn those insights into stronger creative.
  • Build the creative localization playbook as the business expands into Germany and the Netherlands.
  • Extend the creative strategy into TV and additional social channels as the business continues to scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
