We are working with a high-growth DTC Health & Wellness brand who are hiring for a Head of Performance Marketing to take ownership of their next phase of digital acquisition. This is a newly created leadership role offering genuine scope to shape strategy rather than inherit a fixed playbook.
You'll join an established growth function, lead an experienced team and have the investment needed to make an impact. The Head of Performance Marketing will own the performance strategy, bringing deep paid social expertise, commercial thinking and a test-and-learn mindset to accelerate sustainable customer growth.
This will suit someone who is already operating at "Head of" level, has a proven track record of scaling performance by linking media, creative and insights!

Role Highlights:
- Own the paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and Display
- Set the roadmap for scaling Meta, with creative performance at its core
- Lead, coach, and develop a growing performance marketing team
- Own significant digital media investment, increasing during key trading periods
- Assess agency, in-house, and creative capabilities to build the right operating model
You Will Need:
- Established performance marketing leadership experience within a DTC consumer business
- Deep Meta expertise and evidence of scaling meaningful paid social investment
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution, and commercial performance metrics
- Experience translating creative performance data into actionable testing strategies
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and setting strategy independently
- Strong strategic leadership and experience leading high-performing teams
