The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Performance Marketing to own and scale our demand generation and paid acquisition strategy. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate both strategically and execute, building scalable pipeline from multiple digital channels while working closely with Sales, Product, and Content to drive measurable revenue impact.
You will be the owner of performance marketing at FinregE: accountable for pipeline contribution, cost per qualified lead, channel efficiency, and marketing-attributed revenue. You will build and mature our performance marketing function, bringing rigour, experimentation, and data discipline to a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Set, manage, and optimise media budgets to maximise pipeline contribution and marketing-sourced revenue
- Define and report on performance KPIs including CPL, CPA, MQL-to-SQL conversion, CAC, and marketing-attributed pipeline
- Partner with Sales to align on ICP targeting, lead quality standards, and pipeline velocity

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
