Location: Bournemouth Office (2/3 days in the office)

SUMMARY
As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of performance-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. In partnership with the marketing and creative team you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in performance marketing, strong leadership skills, and a passion for outdoor cooking and lifestyle.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and own Gozney's marketing strategy across core channels: SEO, paid social, paid search, CTV, email, SMS, and direct mail
- Develop and manage the performance and retention marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to deliver against acquisition, retention, and revenue targets
- Set overall growth strategy and roadmap, aligning channel plans with wider business and brand objectives
- Manage and develop a team of 4 direct reports, overseeing performance, workload, and professional growth
- Monitor and report on channel performance, using insights to optimize spend and improve marketing efficiency
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (content, community, creative, sales) to ensure growth initiatives support broader company goals
- Collaborate with the design team on consumer insights to inform product go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with the finance team on forecasting and efficiency improvements across growth spend
- Work closely with the operations team to provide insight into territory performance to inform forecasting
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance and growth marketing, leveraging insights to keep Gozney ahead of the competition
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, including agencies and technology providers, to drive collaboration and leverage expertise
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in the outdoor lifestyle or consumer goods industry is a plus.
