The role
This is a key role in our eCommerce team leading our performance marketing team to accelerate the next phase of our growth. You will evolve our performance marketing strategy and manage a large digital marketing budget constantly seeking new opportunities to efficiently scale performance.
You will work closely with our Brand Marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver full funnel campaigns and results that deliver high quality traffic, increase new and existing customer growth and increase brand awareness. You will have deep performance marketing expertise especially using Paid Social to deliver growth in the UK and internationally.
Main duties & responsibilities
- Own and evolve the performance marketing strategy: you will review and evolve our performance marketing strategy, testing channels and improving return from performance marketing investment
- Identifying new opportunities to grow our business: you will constantly review performance and identify new opportunities to reach new customers and re-engage existing customers
- Measurement: You will oversee our performance marketing measurement framework to measure effectiveness and be very familiar with marketing mix measurement models and incrementality testing
- Paid channels creative strategy: You are accountable for our Paid Channels creative strategy working with our performance marketing agency and brand marketing teams to improve our creative performance
- Budgeting and budget management: You will own the end to end performance marketing budget, completing annual budgets for traffic, spend and revenue by channel and market. You are also accountable for the daily budget pacing, spotting new opportunities to grow sales and profit
- Leading and managing the performance marketing team: You will lead, develop and mentor a high performing performance marketing team
- Develop strong partner relationships: you will build on strong relationships with our performance marketing agency, SEO agency, measurement agency and partners such as Google, Meta and TikTok securing support for new initiatives

What are we looking for from you?
- Proven track record delivering growth ideally in a fashion eCommerce business
- Excellent knowledge of all performance marketing channels especially Paid Social
- Experience launching and growing new International markets
- AI literate - you are actively using AI in your role to improve performance
- Highly commercial with a strong focus on driving sales and profit
- Results-focused with strong business acumen and a desire to deliver work of the highest quality
- Financially savvy – very comfortable with numbers and reports, great attention to detail
- Amazing interpersonal skills - you will build strong relationships with partners and influence the strategic direction of the business in what is a very exciting time
- Strong creative eye, can direct the team to brief creatives which deliver strong performance and also closely align with our brand
- A Self-starter, highly motivated, proactive and positive attitude. Forward thinker who can drive ideas forward
- Super-resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced and changeable environment (you’ll be able to keep your cool and thrive on a challenge)
- Hands-on, comfortable with the ‘doing’ – you’ll be happy getting stuck-in to help the team on any task to drive growth
- A strong team player not afraid to get stuck-in to help the team on any task to drive growth
- Experience working in online fashion would be preferred or you have a keen interest in online fashion
