Head of Performance Media & Strategic Acquisition
Senior Hire | Online Gaming / iGaming | Remote
We’re looking for a well-connected iGaming acquisition specialist who already has strong relationships with publishers, PPC partners, media-buying agencies, parasite SEO networks, and traffic sources.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We need someone who knows the industry, knows who delivers, and can turn existing relationships into profitable player acquisition from day one.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage strategic acquisition partnerships across publishers, PPC, SEO, and media-buying networks.
- Secure strong website placements, sponsored content, and commercial partnerships.
- Own acquisition budgets, negotiate deals, and scale the best-performing channels.
- Track FTDs, CPA, player value, retention, ROI, and payback.
- Identify new opportunities and quickly turn them into revenue across multiple brands and markets.
- Ensure campaigns comply with gambling advertising and platform regulations.

What we’re looking for
- Existing, active relationships within the iGaming acquisition ecosystem are essential.
- We’re not looking for someone who needs six months to build a network. You should already know the key players, have a proven track record of securing placements, and be able to generate commercial opportunities quickly.
- Strong experience in iGaming, casino, sportsbook, or performance marketing is required, along with experience managing acquisition budgets and negotiating directly with partners.
