We're looking for an experienced personnel professional to help shape the future of one of the UK's most diverse family-owned Estates.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Duke and Duchess of Bedford, trustees and senior leaders across a wide-ranging portfolio that includes heritage, property, hospitality, tourism, farming, leisure and sporting businesses. No two days are the same.
Role Overview
As Head of Personnel, you'll lead our people function, supporting colleagues, guiding managers and helping to create an environment where individuals and teams can thrive. From strategic workforce planning and organizational development to employee relations, recruitment, and wellbeing, you'll play a key role in ensuring our people remain at the heart of everything we do.
