Head of Pharmacy | Private Hospital
Full Time/Permanent position - 37.5 hours per week
Birmingham - West Midlands
£70,000 to £78,000 + Attractive Benefits package

Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading healthcare provider in their search for a Pharmacy Manager for their hospital based in Birmingham. The hospital provides high-quality healthcare across a range of different specialties within state-of-the-art facilities.
The hospital is currently searching for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to provide their pharmaceutical knowledge and experience in ensuring the safe and effective care of the patients at the hospital. The successful candidate will use their experience to lead and support the team, training and developing the more junior members of staff whilst providing consistent professional development across all members of staff. They will support the pharmacy with their clinical knowledge, driving an excellent standard of patient care whilst working in conjunction across other teams to further develop the service.

Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm.
- Previous experience in Hospital and Ward settings.
- Previous experience working in a Pharmacy Manager or Lead role within Hospital setting.
- GPhC Registration.
- Passion for high quality care.
- Motivated individual.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- High sense of personal responsibility.

The hospital is located in Birmingham and commutable from across the metropolitan area.
