Description
Want to be part of something exciting?
Alternative Heat are one of the leading players in the future of decarbonising commercial heating and data centre cooling systems. We design, fabricate, surface finish, assemble and deliver modular offsite solutions to sites all across Europe for some of the biggest names in the world saving them time and money. A locally owned company with a big future, we are delivering on our ambitions by growing by 40% a year over the past 4 years, but we haven't lost our family style connections. We develop small close-knit teams around a larger framework, and we want you to be part of it.
Planning, forecasting, programme management, capacity optimisation, and continuous improvement — we’re looking for strong capability across these areas. If you bring depth in some and the ambition to grow in others, we’ll support that development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
