Head of Product Platform and Content
📍 Hybrid, UK Travel Required | 🕒 Full Time, 37.5 Hours | 💷 Competitive Salary

Bright Horizons Work + Family is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Head of Product Platform and Content to lead the growth and success of our digital platforms, Work + Family Space and Parental Leave Toolkit.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Work + Family, you'll own the product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, content direction and user engagement strategy, driving adoption, retention and commercial growth. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales and Client Engagement teams to deliver innovative solutions that support employers, employees and families.

What You'll Bring
- Proven product leadership experience within a B2B2C SaaS environment
- Strong commercial, product strategy and go-to-market expertise
- Experience leading multidisciplinary product and content teams
- A track record of growing digital platforms and improving user engagement
- Strong analytical capability and experience using product analytics tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
