Dex

Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

The Role

This company builds AI systems that automate how major financial institutions produce and validate client-ready work, turning complex, manual analysis into automated workflows for global banks, private equity, and credit firms. They're backed by leading investors, with significant Series A funding to scale their rapidly growing enterprise AI platform.

This isn't a maintenance role. You're the first platform leader, defining the entire cloud strategy and building the team from scratch. You'll own the architecture, scale their Azure/AKS environment, and implement the security and compliance measures (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) that enable a product handling sensitive financial data. This is a rare seat: full mandate, significant resources, and no inherited legacy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
