About the Role
A crypto-focused venture capital is looking for a Head of Platform & Strategic Network to build and lead its external operating system.
The role combines portfolio support, ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, conference strategy, and market positioning.
You will be responsible for turning relationships, events, and ecosystem access into measurable outcomes, including dealflow, customers, strategic partnerships, investor access, relationships with Tier 1 ecosystem players, and post-investment value creation for portfolio companies.
This is a highly autonomous role for a crypto-native operator who can create momentum and move from idea to execution without waiting for a predefined playbook.

Ideal Candidate
You are a crypto-native platform, ecosystem, partnerships, business development, or strategic network operator with a strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
You are not simply a relationship builder. You can structure opportunities, maintain strong follow-through, and convert access into concrete outcomes.
You are commercially sharp, highly autonomous, and comfortable representing an investment firm in senior rooms.
Preferred Experience
- 8+ Experience in platform, ecosystem, partnerships, business development, community, or portfolio support within crypto, venture capital, protocols, exchanges, infrastructure, fintech, or Web3.
- Strong exposure to founders, venture funds, strategic partners, and senior crypto operators.
- A demonstrated track record of generating partnerships, customers, investments, hires, introductions, or ecosystem opportunities.
- Experience with conferences, private events, founder communities, or strategic ecosystem programs.
