We’re looking for an experienced Head of PMO with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience to join a growing team.
You’ll need to have hands-on Business Central experience gained within a Microsoft partner environment, with a strong understanding of ERP implementations and project delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing the PMO while continuing to get involved in delivery yourself. You’ll manage and mentor a small team of project managers, ensuring projects are delivered successfully, on time and to a high standard.

Key requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Previous experience working for a Business Central/Microsoft Partner
- Proven PMO or senior project management experience
- Experience managing and developing a small team
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation and delivery
- Comfortable being hands-on, rather than purely strategic
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Strong commercial and organisational awareness
