About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Head of Portfolio Management & Governance to join our Strategy & Governance team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering CAVU's strategic ambitions.

Reporting to the Strategy & Governance Director, you'll lead the development and maturity of our enterprise-wide Portfolio Management Office (PMO), ensuring our most critical business initiatives are prioritised, governed, and delivered successfully.

This is a highly visible leadership role with significant exposure to the Executive Committee. You'll provide oversight of a diverse portfolio of strategic change and business-as-usual initiatives, ensuring delivery remains aligned to organisational priorities, investment decisions, and growth ambitions.

You'll be responsible for building and embedding a best-in-class PMO capability, creating governance frameworks, portfolio processes, reporting structures, and assurance mechanisms that enable informed decision-making and successful delivery across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong PMO leadership experience and enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, driving accountability, and helping organisations turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
