Head of Portfolio Lettings & Partnerships
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Portfolio Lettings & Partnerships to lead occupancy performance across our growing portfolio of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our occupancy strategy, strengthening university partnerships and driving lettings performance across multiple student accommodation sites nationwide.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we achieve our occupancy goals while building long-term relationships with universities, nomination partners, and key external stakeholders.

- Leading the portfolio occupancy and lettings strategy
- Driving booking performance and conversion rates
- Developing and managing university nomination agreements
- Building strategic partnerships across the higher education sector
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop high-impact student recruitment campaigns
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and occupancy forecasting
- Producing strategic reporting and recommendations for senior leadership
- Leading and developing a growing lettings and occupancy team
About You
You will have:
- Experience within PBSA, student accommodation, property, hospitality, or a related sector
- A proven track record of driving occupancy, sales, or commercial performance
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience working with universities, institutional partners, or strategic stakeholders
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
