If you’re looking for the next step in your career, get in touch.

JOB OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will take ownership of our paid media offering across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Amazon Ads, managing a portfolio of SME client accounts.

We're offering someone the opportunity to get in at the ground level and become a figurehead of an established, fast-growing agency. With support from the founders, we want you to grow the department in terms of headcount and revenue with enthusiasm and drive.

You will be the go-to PPC expert for the agency, setting strategy, ensuring best practice across the team, and acting as the main point of contact for clients on performance and growth. You'll also play a key part in new business, helping to pitch and scope paid media work for prospective clients.

This is also a hybrid role, meaning that the successful candidate will have some opportunities to work from home, as well as in our Leeds city centre office.

The company offers quarterly social events. We also offer an annual training and conference budget, the cycle scheme, as well as a one-off budget allowance for a remote working office set up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
