Full-Time (based in N1, De Beauvoir Town - 5 days a week in the office)
The Role
A senior, strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the global communications and PR strategy. This role will shape and elevate the brand’s narrative, ensuring a consistent, compelling voice across all channels while strengthening HUISHAN ZHANG’s position as a leading global luxury fashion house.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Positioning & PR Strategy
- Define and execute a global PR and communications strategy that strengthens HUISHAN ZHANG's positioning within luxury fashion
- Grow the brand's organic reach and awareness through earned media, dressing, editorial credits, and strategic partnerships
- Build and manage a dressing strategy with stylists and talent, prioritizing placements that elevate the brand
- Shape and evolve the brand narrative, ensuring a consistent, elevated voice across all channels and markets
- Partner with the Design team to translate each collection into compelling storytelling
- Balance long-term strategic opportunities with reactive, culturally relevant moments
- Measure impact through share of voice, earned media value, and audience growth, using insight to refine strategy

Media Relations, Partnerships & VIPs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier global media, editors, stylists, and key opinion leaders
- Lead press strategy to secure high-impact, brand-aligned coverage and consistent editorial credits
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships
- Develop VIP and influencer strategies that build both brand heat and long-term equity across key international markets
Campaigns & Shoots
- Lead and manage shoot budgets for campaigns, lookbooks, and editorial content
- Align with the Designer on creative direction for each shoot, from concept through to final imagery
- Plan samples, castings, and production well in advance so every shoot is delivered on time and on brief
Events & Digital
- Oversee the strategy and delivery of shows, launches, and brand events, including activations at the Mount Street boutique
- Set the direction for social media and digital communications, ensuring content amplifies PR activity and grows organic engagement
Budget & Collaboration
- Own the communications budget, ensuring disciplined spend and strong return on investment
- Partner with Wholesale and Retail teams to support key commercial moments, trade events, and stockist activations

Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the communications team, setting clear priorities and accountability
- Foster a high-performing, creative culture with excellence in execution
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in PR, communications, or brand leadership within luxury fashion
- A proven record of growing brand awareness and organic reach through earned media
- Strong global network across top-tier media, stylists, talent, influencers, and industry stakeholders
- Exceptional storytelling ability, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns and shoots, including managing budgets and production timelines
- Strategic and creative, with strong commercial awareness
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to develop high-performing teams
- Highly organised, with strong project management and attention to detail
- Confident across digital platforms, social media, and analytics tools
- Genuine affinity with the HUISHAN ZHANG brand and product
