We are seeking an influential and client-focused Head of Premier Travel Advisory and Community to strengthen the experience, engagement, and advocacy of Navan Premier clients.
Serving as the connective tissue between clients, Client Success, Product, Operations, and Brand, you will build an exclusive community for senior travel, expense, finance, and procurement leaders. You will create white-glove client experiences, lead our Premier Client Advisory Board, and develop programmes that deepen relationships, increase adoption, and build long-term advocacy.
As a trusted travel advisor, you will help some of the world’s most sophisticated travel buyers optimize their programmes and navigate topics including NDC, travel and expense transformation, premium service delivery, and global programme design. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that involves spending significant time with clients and representing Navan at industry and community events.
We’re looking for a client-obsessed travel leader who has managed or led a complex travel and expense programme within a leading professional or financial services organization, especially law firms. This person will bring deep industry expertise, executive presence, and a track record of turning client insight into meaningful client and community outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead an exclusive Navan Premier community for senior travel, expense, finance, procurement, and operations leaders.
- Design and host white-glove experiences—including executive dinners, private briefings, peer roundtables, client summits, and destination events—with carefully curated guests, speakers, content, and follow-up.
- Lead the Navan Premier Client Advisory Board, creating an engaged group of strategic clients who influence product direction, share best practices, and become active advocates for Navan.
- Develop trusted relationships with Premier clients throughout the post-sale lifecycle, partnering with Client Success and Account Management to strengthen adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.
- Advise clients on complex global travel and expense programmes, including policy design, VIP service, supplier strategy, NDC, payments, duty of care, reporting, and change management.
- Serve as the voice of Premier clients internally, translating their feedback and programme needs into actionable recommendations for Product, Operations, Service, and Client Success.
- Represent Navan Premier at client and industry events, creating thought leadership and peer-learning opportunities that build credibility and strengthen the community.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
