Key Responsibilities
Head of Premium Experience and Sales - The Role
Sales Strategy And Leadership
- Develop and own the annual sales strategy for the named suite estate, setting out how revenue targets will be achieved across pre-order, day-of-event and new product channels.
- Maintain a clear view of the commercial opportunity across all suite types, identifying where to drive revenue, where to grow relationships and where to develop new products.
- Use suite holder data, attendance trends and event calendar analysis to inform strategic planning, ensuring outreach and resource is directed where it will have the greatest commercial impact.
- Develop and evolve the tiered approach to suite holder engagement, tailoring the sales conversation to the segment, the account and the event.
- Stay close to trends in premium hospitality and live events to ensure The O2 suite offer remains competitive and the sales approach reflects how corporate clients want to buy.
Suite Holder Relationships
- Own and manage the full named suite holder relationships across the whole estate.
- Build and maintain personal relationships with suite admins and key decision-makers at every account, with a minimum of three documented touchpoints per account per year.
- Establish personal contact with the primary decision-maker at every Headliner and Special Guest account within the first 90 days.
- Lead structured suite holder engagement sessions throughout the year, targeting 80%+ attendance from tier one and two accounts.
- Act as the primary escalation point for suite holder issues, complaints and commercial concerns.
- Build and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships across the full Levy and AEG team, acting as a constructive and commercially ambitious presence at every level.
Commercial Planning & Target Setting
- Develop and maintain the event-by-event sales target framework, setting specific targets by suite segment ahead of every event, with no event going live without a target in place.
- Work with the data team to own the suite holder segmentation model, updating it after every event based on live performance data.
- Build and manage the annual outreach calendar, timed against the AEG event programme and key Legends nights.
- Work closely and constructively with AEG to align on commercial priorities, resolve dependencies and influence joint decisions that affect the suite operation.
Product Development
- Lead the commercial development of new products and packages tailored to the needs of suite holders, working with the Product & Marketing team to ensure every offer is correctly positioned, priced and timed.
- Identify opportunities to develop bespoke hosting experiences for key clients and high-value events, translating suite holder insight into product briefs that the culinary and operations teams can deliver against.
- Drive uptake of new products across the estate, acting as the primary commercial link between suite holders and the internal teams designing the offer.
- Review the opportunities around developing loyalty rewards and suite credit scheme commercially, working the relevant departments to agree mechanics and ensure the product serves retention and revenue growth in equal measure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

CRM, Tracking And Reporting
- Implement and own the CRM system for suite holder data, order history and communications for all suites.

- Produce a monthly commercial performance report covering revenue vs target, pre-order activation, DOE spend, outreach activity and suite holder engagement, distributed to the working group within five working days of month end.
- Produce a summary for the quarterly board meetings anchored to the three project KPIs: increase revenue, use data across all decisions, deliver the perfect product.
