  • Set the standards, tools and ways of working that make pricing consistent, robust and fast.
  • Build capability within the team, developing pricing and commercial finance skills across FM and Food.
  • Prioritise team workload across a live pipeline of competing bid and retention deadlines.
  • Own the development and maintenance of estimating models used across FM and Food opportunities.
  • Lead structured reviews and quality checks on pricing, catching errors and inconsistencies before submission.

  • Continuously improve models based on contract performance, market data and lessons learned.
  • Review the full commercial deal wrapper, not just the price, to ensure alignment with business profitability targets.
  • Challenge assumptions, terms and structures, and push back where a deal doesn't stack up.
  • Identify and apply commercial levers that enhance margin or protect position without undermining competitiveness.
  • Support negotiation strategy with clear, well-evidenced commercial input.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
