WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
Pricing is one of the most powerful drivers of sustainable growth. As Head of Pricing, Product Packaging & Governance, you will shape how SimCorp brings its products and services to market, helping us maximize customer value while driving profitable revenue growth.
Working across SimCorp, Axioma, Domos, Professional Services, and Commercial functions, you will lead the evolution of our pricing and packaging strategy, ensuring consistency, transparency, and scalability across our commercial organization.
Success in this role means creating pricing frameworks that are trusted by Sales, Finance, Product, and Leadership teams alike, while enabling commercial agility, protecting margins, and supporting long-term growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In your daily work, you will collaborate with teams across Commercial, Product, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership to:
- Define and evolve SimCorp's global pricing and product packaging strategy across products, solutions, and services.
- Establish and govern pricing frameworks, discount policies, approval processes, and commercial standards that support consistent decision-making worldwide.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure pricing decisions align with profitability targets, business objectives, and customer value.
- Deliver pricing insights and performance analytics that improve pricing effectiveness, support strategic decisions, and identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex commercial opportunities, guiding deal structuring and pricing decisions across regions and business units.
- Drive continuous improvement of pricing tools, governance processes, and commercial enablement programs that increase efficiency and support scalable growth.

WHAT WE VALUE
Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest:
- 7+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, Deal Governance, or related commercial leadership functions within complex organizations.
- Knowledge of pricing strategy, monetization models, commercial governance, and deal economics within SaaS, enterprise software, financial services, or a similar industry.
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical pricing frameworks, commercial policies, and scalable operating models.
- Experience working with commercial analytics, financial performance metrics, and data-driven decision making.
- Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership teams.
- Curiosity to continuously improve commercial processes, pricing models, and customer value delivery while supporting business growth.
