About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned senior ops professional to lead the operational build-out, and strengthen operational controls within a growing private debt investment manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping both the processes and the team to align with the firm’s long-term strategic objectives, ensuring robust control standards are consistently upheld.

Positioned within the middle office team, this role will be accountable for managing the oversight and key deliverables related to the firm’s ops business activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive trade support
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues tied to deal management and investment portfolios
  • Managing reconciliations with third-party service providers and counterparties
  • Contributing to the execution of related operational tasks
