Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be partnering with our Client to recruit a Head of Processing – Central Finance
This is a Senior Appointment into our Client's business and therefore will report to an Operations Director – the role is a key appointment to the Senior Leadership Team.
Based at our Client's Manchester Head Office – your role will also have responsibility across the UK Regions.
As Head of Processing you will be responsible for the operational machine that is behind the Processing Function. You will need to be a character who will set and deliver strategy for Central Finance Operations – you will need to be prepared to ‘lift up the bonnet’ on current processes.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE THE NEXT HEAD OF PROCESSING – CENTRAL FINANCE
- Proven experience of the management of a large Processing / Billings Team
- Proven track record at a Senior Management Level
- Examples of your impact across Change Management and Process Improvements
- Experience of motivating / growing and developing Teams
- Project experience ideally across Processing and / or Automation
- You will be a leader who will lead by experience and be able to influence Internal and External Stakeholders to achieve the right outcomes.

The role initially will be 100% office based so you can get to the visibility and accountability expected at this level appointment – hybrid will then be offered as it is across the business.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE HEAD OF PROCESSING – CENTRAL FINANCE
- Annual Salary up to c £80,000
- Annual Performance based Bonus and an Annual Salary Review

The Interview Process for the Head of Processing – Central Finance will be;
- An initial Interview with Karen Reynolds – Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd
- 1st Interview with the Client – this will be with the current role holder and a Senior Director at their Offices in Manchester
- 2nd Interview will also be at the Head Office with the Head of Finance – EMEA and a HR Representative
