Citadel Source are proud to be partnering on an exclusive basis to recruit a Head of Procurement, Contracts & Facilities for a values-led organisation based in the Bristol area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to take responsibility for procurement, contract management, estates and facilities, within a complex organisation.

About the client

Our client is a well-established organisation committed to delivering high-quality services within a safe, compliant, and sustainable environment. As part of its continued development, the organisation is seeking a commercially focused leader to strengthen procurement, supplier management and facilities functions while supporting wider organisational objectives.

About you

You will be an experienced leader with a background in procurement, contract management, facilities, estates, or operational services. You will have a strong understanding of governance, compliance, and supplier management, alongside the ability to lead teams, manage budgets and build effective stakeholder relationships. You will be commercially aware, solutions-focused, and comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level.

The role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will provide leadership across procurement, contracts, facilities and estates. You will ensure support services are compliant, efficient, and aligned with organisational priorities, while overseeing supplier relationships, estate development initiatives, and operational performance. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, managing risk, and ensuring the effective use of organisational resources.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
