We’re hiring a Head of Procurement – Enterprise Technology as part of our team based from our London office.
Purpose of the Role
This role is a strategic position within Global Functions and is responsible for the core business areas of Enterprise Technology. The role reports directly into the Global Procurement Director.
This role forms part of the overall Global Procurement leadership team and will be focused on defining and implementing category and sourcing strategies on a global level and driving overall dentsu procurement priorities.
This role will build effective relationships with business stakeholders and our third-party suppliers, identifying and driving value creation opportunities, to deliver more efficient procurement for dentsu through leveraging procurement best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the creation, development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with the organisation’s goals, focusing on benefit realisation and risk mitigation.
- Is focused on cultivating meaningful relationships with senior internal business stakeholders across dentsu, demonstrating the value Procurement brings, building advocacy and encouraging early engagement.
- Capable of collaborating with the wider global Procurement community to leverage and scale spend opportunities and share best practice.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, compliance with contractual terms and driving innovation.
- Effectively manage and lead a team, responsible for personal development of individuals, resourcing and work prioritisation.
- Manage and/or oversee business critical, high risk and/or high complex contracts.
Key Skills
- Evidenced senior Procurement experience.
- Strategic category management experience.
- End to end knowledge with demonstrated delivery against the strategic sourcing process.
- Strong understanding of and experience with technology procurement.
- Works well with others – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of contractual law.

- The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week.
