Want to be part of a UK hub, in a global business that is scaling rapidly, evolving fast and radically changing the decades-old delivery universe? If so, read on, as we’re looking for a Head of Procurement to join our Finance team!

Our mission? To switch up the status quo and become the UK’s leading out-of-home business. With a fast-growing network of thousands of smart lockers, hundreds of leading retail partners and the launch of our transformative Send service, we’re bringing freedom to anyone with a parcel.

At InPost UK, we’re building an unparalleled group of talent that’s committed to help us power our mission to reshape the way parcels move, and redefine eCommerce logistics. Our team is packed full of top-notch experts in e-commerce, technology, scale-up growth, sustainability, logistics and supply chain. We’re a passionate bunch with high ambition – we collaborate, innovate, support each other, and leave egos at the door.

About The Role

This is the highest-ranking procurement role in our UK business – the single point of accountability for the function. You’ll own the entire UK procurement agenda and budget, set and embed the standards, tools and ways of working (supporting our sustainability and regulatory goals along the way), and be the trusted procurement voice to our UK C-suite and the link to our Group function. You’ll lead a deliberately small, high-energy team with the firepower of Group category specialists behind you. It’s a builder’s role for someone who wants pace, ownership and visible impact – reporting to the UK CFO, with a dotted line to our Group Procurement Director.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Own the UK procurement strategy end to end – set it, deliver it against clear KPIs and savings targets, and answer for the results to UK and Group leadership.
  • Be the single point of accountability for procurement to the UK C-suite and business-unit heads – the trusted voice that earns the function its seat at the table.
  • Lead the most complex, high-value negotiations with our Tier 1 suppliers yourself.
  • Take real money off the cost base. We’re ambitious here: double-digit-millions in savings is the prize we’re chasing.
  • Own category strategy across the UK – sharp supplier segmentation (Kraljic, TCO), sourcing excellence and total-cost thinking.
  • Hold the UK procurement budget and keep every decision inside the right financial controls and approval authorities.
  • Get the contract book in order – stop the silent auto-renewals, renegotiate expired terms and run a live renewal calendar.
  • Own the supplier spend data and turn it into analytics and decisions the CFO and Group leadership act on.
  • Stay ahead of supply-chain risk – spot it early and keep mitigation plans ready for our critical categories.
  • Keep procurement clean and compliant – Group policy, legal, anti-corruption and regulatory standards, no exceptions.
  • Drive transformation and continuous improvement, leverage synergies across Group markets, and represent the UK at Group forums and strategic supplier partnerships.
  • Build, coach and grow a small, sharp team that punches well above its weight.

What We Need From You

We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast-paced environment, get their kicks out of problem-solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We’re looking for people with drive and natural curiosity – who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.
