Head of Procurement | B-Corp Organic Food Manufacturer | West London | £90,000–£100,000

About the Company

Our client is a fast-scaling, B-Corp certified organic food manufacturer based in London, backed by private equity and entering an exciting growth phase — including a new manufacturing facility and expansion into new product categories.

About the Role

They're now looking for a Head of Procurement to join their leadership team and build out the procurement function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Founder and the FD
  • Hybrid working — 2/3 days per week on-site in West London
  • Full ownership of procurement strategy across raw materials, packaging, and indirect spend
  • A genuine opportunity to shape process, systems, and supplier strategy in a business that's investing heavily in its next phase of growth

Qualifications

  • Proven procurement experience within food manufacturing or Food and Beverage FMCG
  • A track record working in SME or high-growth environments — comfortable building structure where it doesn't yet exist, not just managing an established function

Required Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including at Board level
  • Someone motivated by scale-up pace and willing to be hands-on as well as strategic
