Procurement & Supplier Contracts Manager
Location: London - Hybrid 3 days per week in office
Salary: £80,000-£100,000 + Bonus (up to 15%) + Package
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer
Shape the Future of Procurement in a Leading Professional Services Firm
This is an opportunity to join a well-established procurement function that continues to evolve. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll play a key role in shaping procurement strategy while remaining hands-on in delivering complex commercial negotiations, supplier governance, and procurement best practice across the business.
Working closely with Technology, Workplace Operations, HR, Business Development, Risk & Compliance, and Finance, you'll become a trusted commercial adviser, helping stakeholders achieve value, manage supplier relationships, and improve procurement performance.

The Opportunity
You'll lead end-to-end procurement activity across a broad range of supplier categories while continuing to develop the firm's procurement capability.
This role combines strategic thinking with operational delivery and would suit someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders while remaining closely involved in commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver procurement and supplier management strategies
- Lead end-to-end procurement activity from sourcing through to supplier transition
- Negotiate complex commercial contracts
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Drive procurement savings and commercial value
- Improve procurement governance and supplier performance
- Produce procurement reporting for senior leadership
- Support the continued development of procurement processes and technology
- Manage and develop a Procurement Officer
- Support sustainability initiatives and supplier governance standards

What We're Looking For
You'll likely bring:
- Experience within professional services, Law Firm, or similarly regulated corporate environments would be advantageous.
- Significant procurement and supplier management experience
- Strong commercial contract negotiation skills
- Experience delivering measurable procurement savings and value
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience managing suppliers through the full contract lifecycle
- Strong commercial judgement
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on
- Experience developing procurement processes and improving efficiency
- Previous people management or coaching experience
