This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Product based in United Kingdom.

This is a senior product leadership opportunity for an experienced B2B SaaS product leader joining a fast-growing, AI-native technology business. You will own the product function end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap definition through execution and measurable business outcomes. As the first product leadership hire, you will establish product management practices, lead and develop a growing PM team, and shape how products are built and launched. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, the CTO, and founders to turn customer needs and market signals into product priorities. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can set direction while remaining close to delivery. The position is remote and requires availability aligned with US Eastern Time working hours.

Accountabilities

  • Own the product roadmap across integrations, lifecycle, and core platform capabilities, balancing immediate delivery with long-term product vision and business priorities.
  • Define and execute product strategy in partnership with the CTO and founders, aligning roadmap decisions with revenue, retention, adoption, and expansion objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the product management team while establishing strong product practices, execution standards, accountability, and a culture of ownership.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to define requirements, manage scope and trade-offs, and ensure high-quality, timely product releases.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure products are well positioned, launched effectively, and adopted by customers.
  • Lead customer discovery, interviews, competitive analysis, and market research, translating customer evidence and market signals into actionable roadmap decisions.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, retention, time to value, feature impact, pipeline contribution, and revenue outcomes.
  • Establish consistent sprint planning, release management, and product execution processes.
  • Remain hands-on where needed to unblock teams, make rapid product decisions, clarify requirements, and maintain momentum from discovery through delivery.
  • Use product analytics and data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve product priorities and outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
