Head of Product

Permanent
Remote - quarterly travel to Hull
Up to £90,000

Own the vision. Shape the strategy. Build what's next.

We're looking for a Head of Product to take ownership of the product vision across a growing technology group, working directly with the CEO and CTO to shape the future of multiple B2B SaaS products.

Operating across procurement and construction technology, the business has an established customer base, valuable industry data and big ambitions to turn its products into smarter, more insight-driven platforms.

They're also rethinking how software gets built - embracing AI-assisted engineering, rapid prototyping and frequent releases. Now they need a product leader to bring the strategy, commercial thinking and leadership to take things forward.

The Role

This is a genuine strategic leadership opportunity, not a backlog management role. You'll set direction, influence business decisions and ensure the products being built deliver real customer and commercial value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
