About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and commercially focused Head of Product to lead the development of digital products, operational capabilities, and business systems that support growth and transformation.
You'll be responsible for creating and delivering the product roadmap, managing a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, and ensuring business needs are translated into scalable, effective solutions.
Working closely with senior leaders across Technology, Operations, and Change functions, you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Defining and delivering product strategy and roadmap priorities
- Leading Product Owners and Business Analysts
- Translating business needs into structured product requirements
- Managing product backlogs and prioritisation processes
- Supporting digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives
- Working closely with development teams to deliver business value
- Driving adoption and engagement across the organisation
- Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies

Essential Skills
- Senior Product Management or Product Leadership experience
- Experience managing product teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience developing and prioritising product roadmaps
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology functions
Nice to Have
- Financial Services or regulated industry experience
- Digital product and transformation experience
- Understanding of enterprise systems and workflow platforms
