We're looking for a commercially minded, customer-focused analytics leader to head up our Product Analytics function. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering with Product leadership to shape data-driven digital experiences across our direct-to-consumer products. You'll own the Product Analytics strategy, roadmap and delivery, using predictive modelling, experimentation, behavioural insights and AI-driven decisioning to optimise customer journeys, accelerate product innovation, personalisation, and maximise customer engagement, personalisation, retention and lifetime value. You'll lead a high-performing team while ensuring customer and commercial insight is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.

- Partner with Product Managers, Designers and Engineering teams from concept through to delivery, embedding analytics throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead customer journey analytics across web and app experiences, identifying behavioural trends, friction points and opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
- Develop predictive models and analytical solutions that power personalised customer experiences, including Next Best Action, recommendations and intelligent decisioning.
- Influence product strategy and prioritisation through customer insight, behavioural analytics, opportunity sizing and commercial evaluation.
- Support the launch of new products and features through customer analysis, experimentation, measurement frameworks and post-launch performance evaluation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
